Nicola Badamo The product is very good, however it took 3 months to get it! Re-ordering the starter cultures is frustrating, because as with the yogurt maker, the cultures are taking forever to receive. Shipping from oversees. Love the product though once it is actually received.

Anonymous Not thrilled it took 3 months to arrive and the QR code for the recipe webpage goes to a page that no longer exists. I’ve yet to try it because I emailed customer service to get the recipe and they wrote me back stating my request was sent to the team to reply to me. That was 3 days ago, and no reply. I will never order from them again!
