N.B. Makes great yogurt, but milk has to be simmered at a certain temperature which requires constant monitoring with a thermometer, hence prep time before even goes in the machine take some time. If you do the process right, the yogurt is delicious. Also instructions are vague and some instructions were left out. Would prefer a machine that does everything, but will continue using this as I think it produces good quality yogurt.
