Everything about this order was a disaster. I got a notice in November saying it was on its way, only to be notified sometime later that it was backordered. I should have taken that opportunity to cancel. I did not receive the unit until February. The probiotics included were not non-dairy as specified in the advertising. The unit instructions did not match the equipment. Temperature setting in Celsius, instructions in ºF, etc. The greek yogurt strainer & recipe books listed in the ad for the "Pro Kit" were not included. A customer service person promised 3 times to ship the missing items but never has. While waiting I got a nearly identical unit (but with proper instructions) from another company that was half the price. I tried to be patient because they said they would send the other items, but I have given up. Sorry they couldn't get their act together, but I got ripped off.
Machine won’t change time settings. Stuck on 8 hrs

Instruction booklet does not instruct on TEMP, on how to set time or temp. I had to search YouTube for hours.
No max fill line in basin. Booklets says to fill to that.
I ordered on 11/28. After dozens of emails, I received this in mid Feb.
No price adjustment was given after I asked - given shipping issues.
Was not told shipping would be in 2 parts - weeks apart.
